OneXtel RCS Campaign sends rich and interactive messages with images, buttons, and carousels directly to customers’ native messaging apps. It enhances communication through a branded, app-like experience and provides analytics to track delivery and engagement. Creating a campaign is a single form with collapsible sections. This page covers the first three sections — campaign title and channel, Recipient Details, and Sender Details. The remaining sections are covered in Variable mapping, Additional settings, and Schedule and launch.
