The Campaign module lets businesses connect with customers through personalized, rich messaging, with automation, segmentation, and analytics features that support planning and delivery of targeted campaigns. The module allows message scheduling, audience targeting, and monitoring of delivery and engagement metrics to improve communication strategy and campaign effectiveness. A campaign is a named container that groups related messages for reporting. Create a campaign first in the Campaign menu, then send bulk messages against it using Campaign SMS under +New SMS.
