Account settings cover your own profile and security — as distinct from user management, which is about other people’s accounts. Open them by clicking the user icon with your name in the right pane. Five options appear:

Open My Account

Click My Account.

Update your details

Update your name, email address, and mobile number.

Change your logo or icon (optional)

Click Select File, choose the logo or icon file, and click Open.

Save

Click Save Changes.

Alerts

Click Alerts, then select Low Credit Alert to receive an email when your account’s credits are running low.
Worth switching on. A campaign that stops mid-send because credits ran out is far more disruptive than a top-up scheduled a day early — see Credits.

Change Password

Open Change Password

Click Change Password.

Enter your passwords

Enter your current password, then enter and re-enter the new one.

Save

Click Change Password.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

Login History

Click Login History, then Show Login History. The platform displays the IP addresses and times of sign-ins to your account.
Check this if you suspect your credentials have been shared or compromised — an unfamiliar IP is the clearest early signal, and the fix is to change your password immediately.
