Generate delivery, campaign, sender ID, template, and click reports for SMS, and build custom exports.
The Reports menu generates detailed reports based on parameters such as date range, Sender
ID, template, and campaign. These support SMS performance analysis, delivery tracking, and
issue diagnosis. Each report is a tab under Reports, and every one of them can be exported.

MIS reports provide detailed records to track, analyze, and manage SMS delivery and performance:
SMS Delivery Overview — a grid divided by days and hours, showing the number of SMS messages delivered during each hour.
Daily and Hourly Breakdown — dates in rows and hours in columns, to show SMS volume patterns.
Total SMS Sent per Day — the total number of SMS messages sent each day, in the final column.
Performance Analysis and Issue Identification — supports campaign performance analysis and identification of delivery issues, including undelivered SMS and Sender ID–related problems.
View delivered SMS counts and statuses with percentage values, and display a list of delivered SMSs for each child account within the selected date range. Apply filters to generate customized reports.

Filtering by Template ID is the fastest way to check whether a specific DLT-registered template
is actually being used — an approved template with no traffic usually means a campaign is
referencing the wrong ID.

Clicker Details tab
Clicker Data and Clicker Details cover the same clicks from different angles: Clicker Data
aggregates click activity across a campaign, while Clicker Details resolves it to individual
recipients. Use the first to judge whether a campaign worked, the second to see who responded. Both depend on URL shortening being enabled — without it there is no click to track. See
Short URLs.
Build your own export by applying advanced filters and choosing exactly which columns appear.
Use it when none of the fixed reports gives you the shape you need.

Columns using the arrow buttons. Arrange them with the up and down controls — the order
here is the column order in the export.
5
Download
Click Download to export the customised report.
Custom Download Report tab
Filtering by Error Code is the quickest way to isolate a delivery problem — export only the
failures carrying one code and you have the full picture of a single failure mode. See
DLR callback for what the codes mean.
Every report you generate is queued and produced in the background. Download Data is where
finished exports appear. In the left pane, click Reports, then the Download Data tab. The list shows the request
time, file creation time, report type, file name, the filters that were applied, status, and a
download link.
Download Data tab
Large exports do not download immediately — they are generated and then appear here. If a
report seems not to have downloaded, check this tab before running it again.
